Scope: A 7-story building with a net area of over 13,000 sqm.
The subject of the order was the supply of materials for the installation of structured cabling in the newly built didactic and workshop building of the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw.
As a result of the tender process, a General Contractor was selected to carry out the investment task, offering the DIGITUS® Structural Cabling System.
The installation work of the structured network was carried out over a period of 4 months by a specialized subcontractor company certified by ASSMANN to install and test the DIGITUS® structured cabling system.
conducting an analysis of the detailed design for the possibility of an equivalent solution to the designed one, more favorable in terms of price, and the selection of materials in accordance with the requirements of the project,
performing fiber optic splicing service with attenuation measurements by reflectometric and transmission methods,
prepare a quote for the selected materials at a level to win the tender,
free access to a Fluke Networks analyzer to test all the transmission paths made,
provide documentation on the materials offered as required by the Terms of Reference,
carrying out the certification process of the completed network to cover it with a 25-year system warranty,
conducting a presentation of the offered system to the Investor and supervisors to demonstrate its compliance with standards and design documentation,
the provision of trade credit, which facilitated the Subcontractor's financing of ongoing work.
ensuring deliveries according to the agreed schedule from the warehouse in Wroclaw in a "just-in-time" variant, which eliminated the need to store materials on site,
