The aim of the project was to modernize the existing ICT network, including:
The realized modernization of the Office's ICT infrastructure was also aimed at increasing the level of security of its operation and creating technical conditions for the Office to provide a wider range of public e-services electronically.
The work was carried out in 2 stages by Contractors certified in installing and testing structured cabling system, obtained through certification training conducted by ASSMANN specialists.
analysis of the Functional and Utility Program was carried out and the selection of materials in accordance with its requirements,
training was provided on the installation and commissioning of the intelligent physical connection management system,
a quote has been prepared for the materials at a level that would enable the tender to be won,
deliveries of materials took place according to an agreed schedule from the warehouse in Wrocław on a "just-in-time" basis,
the necessary documentation and materials for the design were provided,
a trade credit was provided to help the Contractors finance the work in progress,
presentations of the selected system were made at the Employer's premises,
