The subject of the order was the supply of materials for the installation of structured cabling in 59 Local Government Units (in Municipal Offices and County Offices) located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The investment was co-financed by the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and the European Union as part of the "e-Świętokrzyskie - Expansion of IT Infrastructure in LGUs" project. The contracting authority divided the project into 10 parts, allowing for partial bids. As a result of the tender process, a Contractor was selected to carry out all 10 parts, offering the DIGITUS® structured cabling system.
The installation work was supervised by a Contractor certified by ASSMANN in designing, installing, and testing the DIGITUS® structured cabling system and was carried out over 7 months by 11 subcontracting companies.
an analysis of the Functional and Utility Programme was carried out and materials were selected in accordance with its requirements,
due to the large dispersion of facilities and the lack of on-site storage facilities, ASSMANN undertook the task of ensuring deliveries according to an agreed schedule from the warehouse in Wrocław to the individual facilities in a "just-in-time" variant,
a quote has been prepared for the materials at a level that would enable the tender to win,
a trade credit was provided, which facilitated the Contractor to finance the work in progress,
the necessary documentation and materials for the design were provided,
all networks are covered by the 25-year system warranty of DIGITUS® by ASSMANN provided directly to the individual user.
